The University's objective is to partner with developers to redevelop a 38 acre
parcel on the east edge of the campus, bordered by US Route 1 and Paint
Branch Parkway. This project will create an exciting mixed-use environment
comprised of office, retail, hotel/conference, residential, and structured
parking facilities, and to provide inviting open spaces and connectivity to the
main campus and the City of College Park. |
